Part-time Short-term Rentals Turnover Manager!
Starting Salary: $20/hour (will increase over time)
Job Description:
• Inventory check for STR properties once a week
• Troubleshoot and fix simple issues in the property(if there's any)
• Problem-solve any guest issues that occur
• Respond to guests in a hospitality-friendly way
• Execute your attention to detail
• Assess or evaluate the cleaning of our cleaners
Our property has a keyless check-in, meaning this position doesn't need to go to the property to meet guests every check-in. Unless there's an issue that occurs during check-in that needs physical assistance.
Qualifications:
• Attention to detail
• Close to in-town/the properties and has time flexibility
• Problem Solver
• Preferred but not required Bilingual: Spanish
• Positive Attitude
• Responsive to messages
• Customer service friendly
• Coachable and open to feedback
