Downtown Duluth
Following in the footsteps of the Nation’s thriving infill communities, Georgia has seen a smalltown renaissance over the past five years with a wave of suburban communities re-inventing themselves to create a sense of place and community for their residents. No city has been more successful than Duluth, a vibrant community where families, businesses and lifestyle has thrived. With a perfect blend of small businesses, entrepreneurial enterprise, major corporations and visionary developers, Duluth has the charm of its historic downtown, as well as a reputation of a strong residential and corporate home. The City has evolved to offer the underlying institutional investment metrics expected in today’s first class suburban communities, while maintaining the qualities that defined Duluth as a premier living destination in the first place. Featuring sidewalks and bikeways that connect all areas of the city, celebrations and festivals, multiple entertainment and shopping venues, Duluth is an active, prosperous community. With a coveted neo-suburban lifestyle and ease of access to the entirety of Atlanta, Duluth offers the best of big city amenities without sacrificing the ever-important small-town ambiance.
