TruPorch Homes was founded out of a desire to serve those that wanted to live in a quality rental home in some of the best neighborhoods in town with top-ranked school districts. We felt the rental home product currently offered on the market was not up to our standards. The large institutional firms are not responsive to maintenance requests and customer service is nonexistent. Mom-and-pop operators, while more customer friendly, did not offer a refined, upgraded product. TruPorch Homes was created to provide quality homes with a focus on responsive service.
