Internship Program
Built for U.S. college students: a hybrid internship — remote plus in-office in Atlanta, Georgia — inside a real-estate operating company that actually lets you touch the real business. Operations, hospitality, and data, with real responsibility from the first week.
You'll learn the way our operators do: the TruPorch Academy curriculum, Socratic coaching from team leads who ask why until your reasoning holds, and systems built on Lean and Six Sigma. We don't hand interns busywork; we hand them the operating system.
The internship is unpaid and structured to qualify for university course credit — talk to your program adviser, and we'll support the paperwork.
