By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Content on this website — including descriptions of homes, neighborhoods, services, and programs — is provided for general informational purposes only. Availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to lease, a promise of application approval, or a guarantee of availability. A tenancy is created only by a written lease agreement executed by all parties.

TruPorch is committed to compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing laws. Rental applications are evaluated against the criteria published on our Rental Application page, applied uniformly. Application fees are non-refundable as posted, including where an application is not approved. By applying, you authorize us to verify the information you provide and, where permitted by law and with any required authorization, to obtain screening information — which may include credit, rental-history, and background information — through licensed consumer-reporting agencies. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit; material misstatements may result in denial or termination in accordance with the lease and applicable law. Any adverse action based on a consumer report will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Information on our Careers pages is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer of employment or engagement, or a promise of any particular compensation, schedule, or benefit. Applications are processed through our hiring platform and are subject to its terms. We never charge candidates a fee at any stage of the hiring or training process, and we consider candidates without regard to any characteristic protected by applicable law.

This website links to third-party services — including scheduling, application forms, payment processing, video hosting, and our hiring platform. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply endorsement.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TruPorch regarding use of the site. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
