Real responsibility, week one
You shadow for a week, on purpose. Then you own a piece of work a senior lead is accountable for: a leasing funnel, a turn time-study, a report the team argues about.
A coach, not a handler
One senior lead, the same person all term, one-on-one every week. They ask why until your reasoning holds. They sign your evaluations and write your reference.
The Academy curriculum
The same sequence our operators train on, taught the same Socratic way. Not a login and good luck.
A project you keep
You finish by presenting one improvement to the people who run the company. You can show it in an interview and explain every number in it.
Credit, handled
Built to count for course credit. We sign the learning agreement, complete the midpoint and final evaluations, and sign your hours.
