You work with us, not through an agency
There is no middleman, no placement fee, and nobody taking a cut. You are hired directly by TruPorch Homes and you report to a team lead here, many of whom came through the Academy themselves.
One job, done properly
This is full-time work with one company, on a schedule aligned to our Atlanta operation. Not a gig, not three clients, not a marketplace profile.

You start with a class that starts when you do, most of them in the Philippines, and you stay in touch long after Base Camp. Monthly socials, a channel that never sleeps, and leads who show up.
What you need at home
A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, and a computer you can run our tools on. If you are unsure whether your setup qualifies, ask. We would rather help you get ready than lose you over a router.
