What the assessment is actually like.
This is where most people stop — usually because they don't know what they're walking into. So here it is, before you start.
It tests thinking, not trivia
There is nothing to revise for. We are looking at how you reason through a problem, how clearly you write, and how you handle something you have not seen before.
No real-estate knowledge needed
You are not expected to know anything about property. If you already did, we would not need the Academy.
Give it real time
Do it once, properly, somewhere quiet — not in pieces between other things. Rushed answers read as rushed, and that is usually all we learn from them.
There are no trick questions
We are not trying to catch you out. Everything we ask is something the job genuinely requires.
Write like yourself
Clear and honest beats polished and borrowed. We can tell the difference, and we prefer the first one.
