Add it to Licenses & certifications
On LinkedIn, open your profile, choose Add section, then Licenses & certifications. Name: TruPorch Academy, Base Camp. Issuer: TruPorch Homes. Add your graduation month.
Set your title
Your headline should carry the rung you have earned: TruPorch Operator, Specialist, Senior Operator, or Team Lead. Not virtual assistant. You are past that.
Post it
Tag TruPorch Homes and your cohort. The people who apply next year will find us through your post.
Your cohort does not end at day 90.
Every graduate joins a private alumni group: the channel where cohorts stay in touch, leads post openings first, and the Academy asks for feedback before it changes anything. It is also where referrals start. Most of the people who make it to Base Camp were sent by someone already there.
Your team lead adds you to the alumni group the week you graduate.
Refer someone
